2008 - 2009/2010 | Macht, Harvey & Parrish, initially consulting for their own accounts to multi-national clients in international policy, telecommunications, and transnational issues start working together on key projects as MHP - Washington Foreign Consultants. MHP, grows a key-stone book of sub-contract work for major international consultancies that require specialist support in both high-risk territories and highly specialised emerging markets.
Established in Washington DC in 2010, the founders enter a private equity and reverse closed listing for the acquisition of MHP's book - with Pearsons IPE, Bracebridge Equity Partners and NEXTT Research Group to form Pearsons Partners LSC.
Pearsons Partners LSC continues MHP's successful practice of acting as an expertise and resourcing sub-contract partner to top tier international consulting brands - on briefs otherwise outside of their typical scope of work, clientele or the traditional good-will of their brands. In addition to which the firm starts taking on more conventional management consulting clients & begins a number of business development projects for operators, providers and key stake-holders in Africa, the Persian Gulf, The Middle East and Europe.
2011 | Partner locates to South Africa and the firm opens a small practice working out of the NEXTT Pretoria offices. The practice serves a handful of regional telco and conglomerate clients and drives a new group-wide strategy to service start-ups and emerging technologies.
